Partner spreadsheets and regional reporting rules made recurring retail reports difficult to standardize.

My role

I translate the reporting process into requirements and direct AI-assisted development and iterative validation.

Action

I define partner mappings, regional rules, exception handling, month selection, and formatted output requirements.

Result

A reusable desktop reporting workflow that standardizes partner files, applies regional reporting rules, and produces formatted sell-through reports for North America and EMEA.
